Catching Up

It's been awhile since I've added to the blog so there will be lots of pics!! We are still working on the house and trying to get everything situated!! Kiefer is getting so big and is already six months old, hard to believe!! He has 2 teeth now and loves biting on everything!! He loves blowing raspberries and talking. It's just so hard to believe how big he is getting and how fast the time goes! Here are some of our Christmas pictures and Halloween pictures since I haven't had a chance to put them on yet.

New House and Kiefer's FIRST TOOTH!!

It's been forever since I've been able to put pictures on. We closed on our house and this weekend will start working on it! Kiefer is doing great!! He had his 4 month appt and weighed 13 lbs 9 oz (25th percentile), length was 25 inches (50th percentile) and his head circumference was 40.3 cm (10th percentile). He is changing so much he's laughing, smiling, rolls over, grabs at toys and we just noticed yesterday that he's got his first tooth!! So he's been a little fussy the past couple days but loves his teething rings

Kiefer's 3 1/2 months old!!

Sorry it's been so long since I've updated the blog!! It's been pretty crazy the last month we moved from Des Moines to Albia. Cory started a new job at Bailey's Office Supplies and I'm working nights at the Mahaska hospital. So we've been adjusting to all the new changes!! Kiefer is doing great!! He is growing so fast and smiles and laughs a lot now. He's now outgrown Derby and weighs 12lbs 12oz but Derby is still the boss!!

2 month check up

Kiefer is doing GREAT!!  He had his 2 month check up last Thursday and was 10 lbs 9 oz- 50%, 22 1/2 inches long- 50% and 15 inches on his head circumference- 25%. He got his shots and did awesome!  He has such an awesome personality and is sleeping really well through the night.  He usually goes between 6 to 8 hours and even went 12 hours one night.  We feel quite blessed!!  He has found his tongue and sticks it out quite a bit now. This was his first time in the exersaucer and he seemed to enjoy it quite a bit but got tired of holding his head up.

Busy Kiefer

Kiefer is going to be 2 months old tomorrow!!  He has his well check tomorrow also so we will see how big he is getting.  He is so much fun- he's smiling a lot and has found his hands and tongue!

First Time SWIMMING!!

We came down to Albia and Kiefer went into the pool for the first time!! He loved it for awhile and then quickly got exhausted. Notice in the first picture those are the smallest size of swimming trunks we could find and they look like pants. He now weighs 10 lbs and will be 2 months on the 14th.
