Fun Times

Kiefer is growing up so FAST!! He is already 6 1/2 weeks old and weighs 9 lbs 2 oz.. Kiefer has been busy rolling from his stomach to his back and looking around checking everything out!! He has also been hanging out with cousin Derby and they took a bath together and had so much fun!!

We came down to Albia and Kiefer enjoyed his time with Derby. Kiefer got weighed and he weighed 8 lbs 14 oz. He has been very busy rolling over and walking with assistance. Derby and Kiefer had a great time hanging out with each other.

Here is our little man, he is growing so fast he rolled over today for the first time!! Probably an accident but he still did it!!  He likes his chair sometimes and we are doing lots of tummy time.  He is so funny and cracks us up all the time- he likes when we listen to music and dance with him!

Grandparent filled weekend

This past weekend was Grandparent filled- on Friday Kiefer and I went to Albia and he got to sleep with grandpa Bob and see grandma Cindy. On Sunday his grandma and grandpa Seeley and great grandma and grandpa Seeley came over to see him.  Kiefer thought it would be funny to give his dad a little bath. (No idea how it leaked out that side of his diaper.)

We got a new camera so I've been playing with it quite a bit.  I got this great picture of Kiefer smiling!!  I thought you all would enjoy it!!

Growing so FAST!!

Kiefer is growing like a weed!!  I can't believe this weekend he will be a month old!!  He is doing great and holding his head up quite a bit on his own and sometimes finds his fingers- he has sucked on his thumb a couple of times.  I just put the mirror in the crib for him and he seems to like that but loves his mobile and will lay there for quite awhile moving around.  

4th of July

For the 4th of July, Cory and I went down to Albia for the afternoon and just hung out by the pool and cooked out with the family.  Kiefer also got to hang out with cousin Derby who liked to check him out.  He of course had to wear two outfits for the 4th because Grandma Cindy got him a 4th of July sleeper to wear- which looked so cute!!

2 week Doctor Visit!

Kiefer had his 2 week Doctor visit yesterday and they said he is doing great!!  He still measured at 19 3/4 inches- 25%, 6# 14 oz- 10%, and his head circumference 34 cm - 10%.  So he is growing and doing wonderful!!  Sandy, Derby and Taylor came up today to hang out after Derby's appt - it was Cory's first day back to work so we went to see him too!!  Here are just some random pictures from the past 2 weeks.
